Subscription Service. Mutavaatir is a monthly book subscription service where subscribers receive one curated book each month. Subscribers may also receive limited-time exclusive goodies depending on the selected plan and availability. Subscriptions are subject to availability and may be limited at Mutavaatir's discretion. Book Quality. All books provided by Mutavaatir are original copies. Books may be either brand new or preloved in good condition. Mutavaatir does not distribute pirated, counterfeit, or unauthorized copies. Payment & Verification. Payment must be made using the methods listed on the subscription page. Your subscription is confirmed only after payment has been successfully verified. Payment verification typically occurs within 48 hours. Book Selection. Books are selected based on the preferences you provide, including language, genre, length, and previously enjoyed books. You may share a list of books you have already read or own to help us avoid duplicates. If no preferences are provided, books may be selected at random. While preferences are carefully considered, exact matches cannot be guaranteed. Mutavaatir focuses on discovery and exploration, and subscribers are encouraged to remain open to new genres, authors, and styles. Individual satisfaction with book selections may vary. Book Content. Books may contain themes, viewpoints, language, or subject matter that differ from a subscriber's personal beliefs or expectations. Mutavaatir is not responsible for the content, opinions, or perspectives expressed by authors or publishers. Subscribers should indicate any content preferences or restrictions when submitting their reading preferences. Duplicate Books. If you receive a book you already own, you may request a replacement or have it redirected to another subscriber if the option is available. Return shipping and replacement delivery charges are the responsibility of the subscriber. To reduce the likelihood of receiving duplicate books, subscribers are encouraged to share a list of books they already own or have read. Delivery. Books are delivered to the address provided during subscription. Subscribers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details and delivery instructions. Books are typically delivered on or before the 1st of each month when payment is received at least 7 days before the dispatch date. Payments received after the cutoff period may be included in the following month's shipment. Mutavaatir is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, weather conditions, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances, though we will assist in resolving delivery issues where possible. Lost or Missing Parcels. If a parcel is lost in transit, Mutavaatir will work with the courier service to investigate the issue. Replacement shipments are provided at Mutavaatir's discretion based on the outcome of the courier investigation. Mutavaatir is not responsible for parcels marked as delivered by the courier to the address provided by the subscriber. Failed Deliveries. If delivery fails because of incorrect or incomplete information provided by the subscriber, any re-delivery charges will be the responsibility of the subscriber. Mutavaatir is not responsible for losses resulting from inaccurate delivery information. Pausing Your Subscription. Subscribers may pause their subscription at any time. For multi-month subscriptions, any remaining books will remain credited to the subscriber and may be received when the subscription resumes. Pausing a subscription does not reduce the number of books remaining in the selected plan. Cancellation & Refunds. Subscribers should provide at least 7 days notice before requesting a pause or cancellation of upcoming deliveries. Cancellation requests apply only to future deliveries that have not yet been dispatched. Subscription payments become non-refundable once a book has been dispatched. Verified payment issues may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at Mutavaatir's discretion. Privacy. Subscriber information is collected solely for the purpose of managing subscriptions, selecting books, processing deliveries, and improving the Mutavaatir experience. Mutavaatir does not sell subscriber information to third parties. Information may be shared with delivery partners only when necessary to complete shipments. Changes to the Service. Mutavaatir reserves the right to modify subscription offerings, pricing, packaging, included extras, and operational processes at any time. Any material changes affecting active subscriptions will be communicated in advance whenever reasonably possible. Availability. Mutavaatir reserves the right to limit, suspend, or refuse subscriptions based on stock availability, operational capacity, or other business requirements. Contact.
